What is this, summer vacation?

Boy, I've really been neglecting this blog. It's kinda why I've taken so long to create a blog. I knew I'd be bad at updating it. I started physical therapy last month, and it's amazing how wonderful it is. I thought that my back would hurt forever. Now that I am doing my exercises and making my appointments, it's great.

On a different note, I would like to have yesterday removed from existence. It was awful. I was supposed to go to PT at 5:30, so I started getting the kids ready. I found my wedding ring and anniversary ring on Chloe's floor. She must have taken them out of the bowl I put them in when bathing Bubba. The major problem is, my engagement ring was not with them, and I had to GO! So I loaded up the kiddos, start the van, and press the button for my seat to move up. NOTHING.
I can't reach the pedals! How the heck am I supposed to get to therapy if I can't reach the pedals? So I call hubby, and tell him to change my appointment for me.
OK, no big deal, I'll do some digital scrapping. So I'm sitting at the computer and hear a crash, and Bubba crying. So I RUN. Jared pulled the guinea pig's cage off of Chloe's dresser. He is covered in dirty shavings and piggy poop. Aaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
So I throw him in the tub, and wash him off. I guess the crash scared the little dog, because he peed in the kitchen. Then the phone is ringing, and I have a naked baby running around the house. I throw a diaper on him, then go into Chloe's room with a garbage bag. Luckily, hubby gets home to finish the job, and he helps Chloe find my ring (which was stuck in the wheel of a video tape.) So yes, I started drinking...

If you read this, you are a saint.

If you're here for the doodle freebie, that's cool. Hope you like it. http://www.sendspace.com/file/hsg11d

Oh my gosh! I do realize I am laughing at your expense, but it is just SO funny! Believe me - when he is 20 (as is my son) you will almost wish you had those screaming fit days back again (I said ALMOST)! And thanks for the freebies - they are great!

Love the story - I remember those days, but I'm sure it wasn't funny for you (but it made me laugh). It gets easier but different as they get older, but I love the innocence at this age. Enjoy! Thanks for the laugh and the awesome doodles.
