Yes, I'm still here...

I know, it's been a super long time since I blogged, so I thought my blogchild deserved a makeover. I've been trying to live a normal life, but forget that. I am bombarded by meetings, homework, potty training, and all that fun stuff. Here's where I've been living.

At least it's comfortable. Clean, it's not.

It gets us to church, Girl Scouts, cheerleading, Jubilee Singers, daycare, the doctor, and anywhere else we need to be.

I know...

Don't yell at me. It's tough to be mommy and a blogger. We've been so busy with school and activities. This past weekend Chloe had a cheerleading competition and her squad took first place!

Jared has been busy throwing tantrums and eating lots of food.

Chloe got her ears pierced today! We didn't tell anyone until she actually did it. She didn't cry or anything!

Her godfather gave her money for her birthday and she wanted pierced ears.

This is nuts!

I mean, come on! Another virus attacked our family. This time it was personal. It was icky. It's getting old. My poor baby boy spent Sunday on the floor, half-asleep all day. We missed a communion.

Today, I felt kind of creative today, so I sat here playing with Photoshop. While looking for inspiration, I ended up looking to the ultimate source. While I was looking around for colors, my eyes focused on my daughter's Bible.

Still in the Sickhouse

At least I'm getting better, and Chloe has gone back to school. Jared has an ear infection along with a head cold, and clearly hubby is dying. I've heard people with emphysema sound better...

My house has become a disaster area. Having everyone at home, has just created a huge mess, and I want it fixed! Slobs! They are all slobs!

On the other hand, I'm so excited that it is consignment sale season! There is one this week, and one next week. I love getting a bargain on kid stuff. I usually drop a ton of money at these huge sales. I come home with garbage bags full of stuff. They way kids wear clothes and shoes, there's not really much point in paying full price anyway. I usually participate in one of the sales, but I haven't had the time to label my stuff. Oh well, there's always fall and next year.
